Looks like you are having a good time visiting different projects. It is very inspiring/refreshing to learn about the different initiatives taken by projects to lead a life more in sync with nature.
Its amazing, that in so many places, I am reading about the importance of living peacefully with nature.
Its really nice that you are already trying a few things on your own - solar cooker, composting etc. I need to work on reducing my ecological footprint too. Lets see how that goes.
